  • Successfully represented a construction company and got a restraining order on a wrongful encashment of bank guarantee.
  • Successfully represented a construction contractor in a World Bank Project involving a bank guarantee issue.
  • Represented a client before banking judge and subsequently before the high court under the Financial Recoveries Ordinance 2001 and got leave to defend. (The amount involved was 430 million Pak Rupees).
  • Successfully represented a leading marble manufacturer in a partnership dispute. The assets were worth 830 million Pak Rupees.
  • Successfully represented shareholders of a leading shipping company and oil company before the honorable Sindh high court.

Ex-Director General CAA in the Aviation Accident of Bhoja Air Crash before the Sub-ordinate Criminal Jurisdiction of Islamabad High court.

CONSULTANCY:

  • Advised Pakistan Air Force, Kamra, on taxation issue regarding the transactional arrangement on a Tri-par trite agreement between Katech (World’s tenth biggest aircraft manufacturing company), Pakistan Air Force and China State.
  • Advised Pakistan Air Force, Kamra, on an arbitration issue involving a construction dispute regarding encashment of bank guarantees amounting 9 billion Pak Rupees.
  • Advised an Independent Power Producer (IPP) for establishment of 330 Mega Watt Power Plant.
  • Advised a leading Aviation Company regarding the jurisdictional issues.
  • Advised a British client on foreign direct investment amounting 5 million USD.
  • Advised a leading Pakistani British Surgeon on establishing a surgical facility in Pakistan.
  • Provided consultancy to a leading electronic manufacturer on intellectual property.
  • Legal advisor to Gunj Glass Industries. (A listed company and leading glass manufacturers of 
Pakistan).
